Your first visit
Initial appointments are typically between 60-120 minutes long. During this visit, you and your doctor will discuss your health concerns and you will be given the opportunity to share you medical history. Your doctor will perform a physical exam and, if necessary, discuss tests that would be useful in clarifying your condition and needs. At this visit, you will receive a customized treatment plan specifically for you. This plan is designed to help correct your underlying imbalances and to move you towards your optimal health.
Your return visits
Return visits are typically 30-60 minutes in length. These visits are designed as check-ups to see how you’re doing, note positive changes, and make adjustments to your personalized treatment plan. To best suite your needs, a physical exam maybe performed at this visit. Your doctor may recommend further testing, depending on your personal needs and condition.
Policies
Cancellation & missed appointments
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee.
Contacting Our Physicians
If you are an existing patient, the best way to contact our doctors regarding your treatment is by leaving a message through your patient portal or by talking with our staff during business hours at (360)385-5375. You may also leave a message on our confidential voicemail.
Portal messages that relate to a new problem or non-recent (within the last 2 weeks) visit, will require a brief telephone appointment or standard appointment.
Email is not a dependable or secure form of communication for healthcare matters so our office asks that you communicate by phone or via the secure patient portal for all existing patient care matters.
